Presenting Chashmonaim
 Chashmonaim, a beautiful religious Yishuv set at the foothills of the Judean Mountains, is both convenient and accessible. Chashmonaim is less than five minutes away from Modiin and from Chashmonaim you can drive to both Tel Aviv and Jerusalem within around 30 minutes. Regular bus transportation is available as well as the many shopping facilities within a five minute drive plus lots of hiking and biking in the nearby nature reserves.
 One of the major factors that attract people to Chashmonaim is the warm and active community. This Yishuv boasts 11 active shuls where you can celebrate special occasions together. All residents are religious and the Yishuv contains both Ashkenazi and Sephardic synagogues. The current population of Chashmonaim consists of approximately 500 families. As a result of the new olim arriving all the time almost forty percent of these are Anglo-families.
 Chashmonaim is one of the religious settlements under the management of the Matah Binyamin Local Council. All the necessary community infrastructure is in place and operating:
kindergartens, day-care, schools, synagogues, mikvaot. Healthcare centers are situated in the nearby town of Kiryat Sefer and Modiin. Sports facilities, swimming pools and more can easily be accessed in the neighboring city of Modiin.
 Building possibilities are extensive in Chashmonaim. Semi-detached properties are being built on 300m plots as well as single family properties on 600m plots. The sky is the limit when it comes to design and building decision making.
